Cancelling and Rescheduling Policy

Your appointments are very important to the team members of Be Gorgeous Studio. It is reserved especially for you. We understand that schedule adjustments occur, therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice to cancellations/rescheduling your set appointments. 50% of services booked will be charged if it is within the 24 hour time frame. No call/No shows will be charged 100% of services booked. Excessive schedule mishaps may impact your ability to be scheduled with us in the future.

Late Policy

There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. If for any reason you feel like you will be at least 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, please give us a call so that we are aware. If you are late, we cannot guarantee that you will be serviced that day. If we are still able to accommodate you but are still tardy, a late fee starting at $10 up to half of services booked will be added onto the services rendered. Clients that have a history of tardiness or no shows may result in having to pay a deposit to book future appointments.

Visitor and Child Safety Policy

We are unable to accommodate extra people accompanying you to your appointment. For safety purposes, no child(ren) may accompany you while you have a service or within the studio. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children and we hope you understand but we cannot ensure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our other clients. If you show up to your appointment with extra guests, it will result in cancelling/rescheduling your appointment and 50% of services booked will be charged to your card on file. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your service, we ask that you contact Be Gorgeous within 48 hours of that service.
